Kosher Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

enough small cukes to fill 1 gal. glass jug
1 Tbsp. pickling spice
1 Tbsp. dill seed
1 head garlic, chopped
1/2 c. kosher salt
Preparation

Fit the cukes tightly into the glass jar.
Add all other ingredients; fill with cold water.
Seal tight with tape.
Let stand in cellar for 7 days.
Repack into smaller jars if desired. Use same juice and refrigerate.
