Hot Pecan Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Top with potato chips the last 5 minutes.
Makes 6 generous servings.
