Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 eggs
    5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix eggs, salt and water in a large bowl.
    Add flour and mix with a slotted spoon.
    Turn out on well floured board.
    Knead lightly to mix in last of flour (add more flour if needed). Divide dough into 2 balls.
    Roll each ball into a large circle (like pie crust).
    Cover with a light cloth and allow to dry, 4 to 6 hours.
    If dough is manageable, roll up like jelly roll and slice into 1/4-inch strips.
    Shake out on board and continue drying (2 to 3 hours).
