Parmesan Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    a couple of eggs
    a little bit of milk
    1 can Italian tomato sauce
    Parmesan cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    butterfly pork chops
Preparation
    Rinse chops and dip in flour--then in eggs--then in bread crumbs.
    To a medium to hot frying pan with olive oil in it add the breaded chops and brown.
    Place the browned chops in a baking dish and pour Italian tomato sauce over the chops.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Top with mozzarella cheese after baking while hot.
