Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 or 6 pork chops
    1 (16 oz.) can shredded sauerkraut
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 large firm apple, peeled and sliced
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Brown chops and drain.
    In skillet, layer ingredients over chops in order given.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
