Pork And Bean Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans (Bush)
    6 lean pork chops
    prepared mustard
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    6 onion slices
Preparation
    Turn beans into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Arrange chops over beans.
    Dash with salt and pepper, then lightly spread with mustard.
    Sprinkle brown sugar.
    Spread with catsup.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Place onions on top of each chop and bake for 15 minutes.
    Trim with parsley.
    Serves 5 or 6.
