Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 medium green peppers
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large frying pan, saute chopped onion and 1 large green pepper in oil.
    Add ground beef and break up meat with a fork. Cook over medium heat until brown and done.
    Drain any fat, then place meat in a large bowl.
    Add parsley, bread crumbs and salt to taste.
    When meat cools, add 2 eggs which were beaten ahead of time.
    Blend well.
