Dot'S Strawberry Bavarian(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries
    cold water
    1 pkg. strawberry-flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Defrost strawberries and drain.
    Measure strawberry juice and add enough cold water to make 1 cup.
    Combine gelatin with hot water and stir until gelatin dissolves.
    Add strawberry juice and refrigerate until thickened.
    Whip until doubled in bulk.
    Stir in the strawberries.
    Whip the cream and fold into the strawberry mixture.
    Pour into serving dish.
    Cover with plastic wrap and return to refrigerator.
    Chill until firm.
