Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 c. apples, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, finely chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 (or until done).
