Fried Fruit Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dried peaches or apples, cooked
    water
    sugar to taste
    2 cans canned biscuits (any brand you choose)
Preparation
    Add just enough water to the fruit to cover and cook until thick.
    Add sugar to taste.
    Roll out each biscuit into a round circle.
    Put about 1 tablespoon of fruit on one side of crust. Moisten edge of crust and fold top crust over fruit.
    Press down to seal edges well.
    Fry in Crisco shortening or oil on both sides until golden brown.
