Cajun Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 lb. chicken tenderloins
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In a large resealable bag combine first 6 ingredients and shake. Add chicken a few pieces at a time and shake to coat. In a large skillet cook chicken until juices run clear--8 to 10 minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings.
