Chili And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can green chilies
12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Cook rice.
Brown hamburger. Grease a 3-quart casserole dish. Line bottom of dish with rice. Cover with green chilies, then put half of cheese, then hamburger, then sliced tomatoes. Combine sour cream, green pepper and seasonings.
Pour over casserole and put rest of cheese on.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
