Fruit Sauce(Low-Fat Topping For Pancakes And Waffles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, strawberries or raspberries
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
    Cool and serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.
