Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    3 Tbsp. green pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onions in oleo.
    Add eggs to corn, then green pepper (diced) and onions.
    Add muffin mix.
    Mix well.
    Spread in 9 x 12-inch casserole pan.
    Then spread sour cream over top of this.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese over top.
    Garnish with paprika.
    Bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Remove and cover for a few minutes before serving.
