Easy Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. horseradish
1 jar apricot preserves

Preparation

Mix cream cheese and horseradish and shape into log.
Pour preserves over cream cheese log.
Serve with crackers.
