Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    1 apple, chopped
    1 large can milk
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. jam (optional)
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. oranges, chopped
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Add allspice, flour and milk, beating after each addition. Sprinkle nuts, raisins and other fruit.
    Add coconut and vanilla.
    Mix well and pour into well-greased and floured pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
