Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    3 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp grated cheese
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) pitted olives, chopped
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in a bowl.
    Assemble as follows:
    bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, chopped vegetables (well drained) and cheese.
