Cottage Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook until smooth and slightly thickened.
    Have a yellow cake baked.
    Cut cake into individual pieces as needed and pour pudding over.
    Best when eaten warm.
