Marshmallow Puffs(Kids Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 large marshmallows
36 vanilla or chocolate wafers (1 1/2-inches across)
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut 18 large marshmallows in half with scissors.
(Dip scissors into glass of water to keep the marshmallows from sticking.)
Arrange 36 wafers on ungreased cookie sheet.
Place 1 marshmallow half, cut side down, on each wafer. Bake 4 to 5 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until the marshmallows puff, but before they tip over.
Refrigerate the cookie on sheet for 10 minutes.
Heat the chips and the margarine in saucepan until chocolate melts, stirring.
Dip the tops of the cooled cookies into the chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until set. Store leftover cookies in the refrigerator.
