Casserole For The Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round or chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. whole kernel corn (undrained)
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles (medium, flat)
    grated Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, corn, pimento, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Cook egg noodles per package;
    place noodles in large casserole dish and pour mixture over noodles.
    Stir well.
    Sprinkle top with grated cheese and bread crumbs mixed together.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and casserole begins to brown.
    Time is about 30 to 45 minutes.
