Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 c. water
    1 onion, chopped fine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, rice, applesauce and seasonings together.
    Form meat balls into size of walnuts.
    Place on ungreased pan.
    (Cake pan works well.)
    Mix ketchup, barbecue sauce and water.
    Pour over meat balls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
