Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
7 oz. coconut (fresh or Angel Flake)
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour; add eggs and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 9-inch aluminum foil pie pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown on top, about 35 minutes.
