Heart-Healthy Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    2 tsp. salt (Salt Sense 1/3 less sodium)
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 stick Promise margarine
    4 c. nonfat Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. Scramblers (egg substitute)
Preparation
    Bring water to a rapid boil with salt; gradually stir in grits with fork.
    Cook until all water is absorbed.
    Stir in margarine; little by little carefully add Scramblers, cheese, garlic and cayenne pepper.
    Place into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Serves 8.
