Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 c. raw rice
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 or 3 c. chicken, cooked
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
    1/2 c. cashews
Preparation
    Mix soups, milk, rice, mushrooms, pimentos and chicken together.
    Saute celery and onions in margarine.
    Add to rest of ingredients.
    Pour into 4-quart casserole.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0. Last 30 minutes sprinkle cashews over top.
