One-Bowl Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    2 2/3 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a small mixer bowl, beat the butter or margarine until fluffy. Add the confectioners sugar and cocoa alternately with the milk. Beat to spreading consistency, adding additional milk, if needed. Stir in the vanilla.
    Makes about 2 cups.
