Strawberry Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1 qt. strawberries
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
1 tsp. red food coloring

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into pizza pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes; cool.
Mix Eagle Brand, lemon juice and cream cheese together and spread over cooled crust.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and water; cook until thickened.
Add Jell-O, food coloring and strawberries.
Spread over cream cheese mixture. Cover with Cool Whip.
Keep refrigerated.
