Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. chopped apples
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, Wesson oil and vanilla and blend well.
    Add apples, then dry ingredients.
    Mix well and add nuts.
    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
