Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. onion or more to taste
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put in buttered baking dish. Top with crushed cornflakes (can use Product 19 or Total cereal). Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
