My Low-Fat Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 to 2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 c. low-fat buttermilk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add oil and milk; mix until flour is moistened.
Roll out on lightly floured board; cut with cutter.
Place in ungreased pan; bake at 450\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
Yields 12 biscuits.
