Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained cooked kidney beans
    1/4 c. diced celery
    3 c. chopped pickles (dill or sweet)
    1 small onion, minced
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together with mayonnaise or sour cream.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve on salad greens.
    Garnish with grated cheese.
    Makes 6 servings.
