Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. diced onions
2 c. cooked cold rice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Heat wok or saute pan.
Add oil and onions.
Saute onions until tender.
Add rice and saute.
Add beaten eggs and stir well. Season with soy sauce.
Saute until done.
