Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. diced onions
    2 c. cooked cold rice
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat wok or saute pan.
    Add oil and onions.
    Saute onions until tender.
    Add rice and saute.
    Add beaten eggs and stir well. Season with soy sauce.
    Saute until done.
