Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef or venison, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red hot sauce
Preparation
    Mix together and marinate for 2 hours.
    Put meat in a dehydrator until thoroughly dry.
    Time will depend on thickness of meat.
    This is great to take for a snack on a fishing trip.
