Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
    3 c. cleaned strawberries
    1 1/3 c. strawberry juice
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. flour
    a few drops of red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch well in saucepan.
    Add berry juice; cook, stirring, over medium heat, until thick and clear.
    Add food coloring.
    Spoon a few spoons of glaze in pie shell and spread thinly to coat crust.
    Pile in fresh berries; pour remaining glaze over berries to cover.
    Refrigerate two hours.
    Serve with whipped cream.
