Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    4 medium green peppers
    2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. precooked rice
Preparation
    In medium glass bowl, crumble ground beef.
    Stir in onion. Heat 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes on High until beef is brown, stirring once, drain.
