Spiced Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, peeled and boiled
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 can tomato soup (10 oz.)
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Boil carrots (if you want them crisp, don't boil too long). Drain carrots.
Mix all ingredients in a large container. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
