Cranberry Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. whole cranberries
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 tsp. Knox gelatine (2 pkg.)
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Simmer cranberries in water until soft.
    Put in blender and grind.
    Add sugar and pineapple juice; boil, covered, for 5 minutes, without stirring.
