Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler-fryers
    1 (8 oz.) bottle raisins
    salad dressing
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Skin chicken and place in large shallow baking dish.
    Combine salad dressing, soup mix and apricot preserves and blend thoroughly.
    Pour the mixture over chicken.
    Bake, covered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
    Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Serve with rice or wild rice and the pan drippings.
