Light Velveeta Salsa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta light pasteurized process cheese product, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) jar salsa or 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    Microwave:
    Cook Velveeta light cheese product and salsa or tomatoes and chilies in a 1 1/2-quart bowl on High 5 minutes or until Velveeta light cheese product is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
    Stir in cilantro.
    Cooking time is 5 minutes.
