Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 T. vegetable oil
    1 t. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Dissolve yeast in water. Mix in other ingredients. Let dough rest for 10 minutes. Spread on greased pizza pan. Pizza toppings can be added now, but I let the dough rest another 10 minutes and bake for 5-10 minutes before adding toppings. Bake completed pizza until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
