Stir Fry Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced meat (pork, ham or chicken)
    1/8 c. onion
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 c. whole corn
    8 tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat 2 tbsp. oil. Stir-fry meat until done. Add onion, corn and egg. Fry 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Heat 6 tbsp. oil; fry rice and add rest of mixture.
