Old Time Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. ginger
    3 eggs
    1 c. sorghum syrup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Spread into 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
