Hefty Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    5 to 6 large Irish potatoes, peeled and diced
    5 to 6 Polish or Rogerwood sausage, diced
    cooking oil
    salt
    pepper
    water
Preparation
    Wash cabbage and cut up; set aside.
    Fry sausage in heavy pot or large skillet.
    Add cabbage and 1 glass water.
    Stir and cook until cabbage is almost done; add potatoes.
    Cook until potatoes tender (salt and pepper to taste when you add the cabbage to sausage).
    Stir often, scraping drippings from bottom of pot. This makes cabbage and potatoes brown.
    Add a little water at a time as needed to loosen crust from bottom of pot.
