Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. fat-free Parmesan cheese
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. dry seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts until size doubles. Rub Parmesan cheese into each side. Dip chicken in egg whites and press bread crumbs on both sides. Saut 3 to 5 minutes per side in skillet sprayed with nonstick spray. Yield: 4 servings.
