Iris' Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (1 pkg.) Mahatma saffron yellow rice
    30 oz. (2 cans) corn, whole kernel (undrained)
    15 oz. (1 can) Mexicorn
    8 oz. (1 pkg.) cream cheese
    10 oz. (1 can) soup, cream of chicken
    2 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Mix together with rest of the ingredients.
