Wild Rice And Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boned
1 c. uncooked wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. white wine
2 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Place wild rice in buttered baking dish.
Combine water, soup, sour cream, wine and mushrooms.
Pour half of mixture over wild rice.
Place chicken on top and pour over remaining soup mixture. Season to taste.
Cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
