Baked Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. salad oil
    oysters
Preparation
    Roll oysters in flour, then in egg, then in cracker crumbs, then in oil.
    Drain for a few minutes. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until browned.
