Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton cream-style cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
    1 green onion with top (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water 15 minutes or until tender; drain well.
    Combine next 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Spoon mixture in a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Garnish with green onion, if desired.
    Yields 6 servings.
