Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts until done.
Remove skin and bones.
Tear chicken in bite-size pieces and place in long baking dish.
Mix sour cream and soup together.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle Ritz crackers on top, then dot with butter.
Bake until bubbly and brown at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
