Potato Candy Ala Soliday - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small potato, peeled and boiled
powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
peanut butter

Preparation

Mash potato with vanilla.
Add enough powdered sugar to dough to make stiff to roll.
Roll to 1/2 to 1/4-inch thick.
Spread with peanut butter and roll up like jelly roll.
Let dry and cut into slices 1/2-inch thick.
