Ingredients

6 eggs, separated
1/2 lb. medium noodles, cooked
1 lb. cottage cheese, creamed
1/2 lb. cream cheese
4 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
Beat yolks; set aside.
Boil noodles; drain.
Mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, butter, sugar and salt until well blended with electric mixer.
Add noodles and blend.
Add egg whites and fold in gently.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased baking dish.
